Customized Items

Unfortunately, customized and ordered items cannot be returned. These products are specifically manufactured to your unique measurements and cannot be resold as standard sizes.

Eligibility for Return

A return or exchange policy is applicable under the following conditions:

• If EMD Window Blinds provided a site visit and our personnel made a measurement error.
• The customer must provide the original item receipt to process the claim.
• Claims must be filed within a reasonable timeframe following installation.
